-Provides a padded cheek weld that adds comfort and lessens recoil

-Two adjustable webbing cinch straps with button closure to fit more rifle stocks.

-Extra elastic strap on the back to avoid gun buttstock slipping out.

Answer:china, so it's possible it's made out of political prisoners or contains babies or lead, but it seems relatively well made and fits the large butt of my savage 110 lapua.
