Answer:There is a foam pad that adds about a half an inch to the pull. No spaces are provided. You can always add your own spaces. Hope this helps. -S

Question:Will the large size fit an 1886 winchester ? The 86 has the crescent shaped but stock

Answer:It is flat on the inside. You could possibly pad it to make up the difference but this is designed for the newer style flat buttstocks.

Question:need 1 inch extension form my Browning composite X-Bolt rifle...will pad fit and give me the extra inch?? Recomendations?

Answer:As to fit, I am unsure. But, this will not give you nearly an inch of extension. Some of the rubber 'slip on' recoil pads have nearly an inch, but even Tourbon's slip on with the extra pad only gives about a half inch.

Answer:No idea, but I bet it would as it was the largest one I could find of any quality. Besides, if it doesn't fit, you could send it back, right?

Answer:If your gun stock is 4.5" high and 1.3" wide,this recoil pad may a little bigger to use ,this one is the large size one ,and the size is 4.9" high 1.8" wide.Thank you !

Question:Will it fit a Henry big boy lever action rifle? Height 4 inches, width 1 1/4 inches.

Answer:Might be a little large. It fits a stock that is 4.5 to 4.7 inches high. Could fit some type of foam isside it as spacer material.

Question:What size fits the old style browning a-5 shotgun?

Answer:I believe so. It has a Velcro flap; you can snug it tight to the stock.
