Product introduction: Bulk Bag Unloader is mainly for solving the impact of dust in the process of bag opening on the environment and reducing the heavy physical labor of operators, modern enterprises gradually replace the traditional manual bag opening work with a mechanical bag opening system. The system not only effectively protects the production environment and reduces the work intensity of workers, but also improves the production efficiency and solves the phenomenon of caking and not easy to discharge due to moisture absorption in the bag opening process.


Working principle. The Bulk Bag Unloader is to lift the ton bag by electric hoist, and the corresponding fixed bracket and weighing frame are connected with the load cell to transmit the weight signal of the material to the electric box, which controls the operation of the whole machine. The electric box controls the operation of the whole machine. The lifting cylinder on the weighing frame hooks the bag corner. The external signal and the signal from the sensor are transmitted to the electric box, which controls the start, stop, speed and cylinder lift of the feeding motor through the programmed program.
