Hey guys ,welcome to our factory,today let me take you to visit our workshop.

.

The first step,pls look at the fabric cutting,we will set up the details on the machine which will cutting the accurately size.

And next,we will take the fabric to painting,and it same with the first step.staff will set up the details on the machine,fabric painting procedure use the automatic machine finished.

When the fabric finish painted,our staff will assembling the fabric roll on the aluminum tube,

and then press the bottom iron load bar.

And next,take it to the aluminum case to assembling,

We set up the manual screen and electric screen testing area ,and you can see our staff testing the screen one by one.

If our QC personnel test and pass the screen quality ,we will put it on the cleaning area,keep projection screen cleaning and tidy.

Finally, Put it in clean PE bag,and then use the packing automatic machine finished the package.

12 months for all types of projection screen ,  except man-made damege.we are supplying free spare part for customer repair if quality issue.We do provide life time maintenance, but you bear all cost.
