This equipment is a vertical coiler

The equipment is mainly for ribbon winding and cutting. The infinite length of the ribbon is processed into a set length of the finished product.

The control unit uses Delta PLC control module, and the operation screen is delta 7 Inch Touch screen display.

The feeding mechanism is controlled by a 0.37kw AC motor and a 1.5KW hybrid servo motor. The winding length is calculated by the rotary encoder. For example, the minimum 1-inch ribbon can be rolled up to 20 meters, 2 reels at a time, the maximum 4-inch ribbon can be rolled up to 15 meters, and 1 reel at a time.

The coiling mechanism is composed of a 1.5KW hybrid servo motor. The product can coil and cut the ribbon from 1 inch to 4 inches. The maximum diameter of the ribbon is 200 mm.
