2、 Belt cutter

1. The cutting mode is pneumatic hot cutting, and the incision is complete and smooth without black edge and loose edge; the cutter can be selected with oblique cutting, circular cutting, cutting and straight cutting.

2. The length of cutting strip is 1cm-500cm, which can be adjusted at will.

3. Double wheel feeding, greater power; front wheel feeding, rear wheel counting, German encoder (digital) memory length, measuring length more accurate (10m error plus or minus 1cm). Only when the material is transported normally, the encoder starts to count, and the wheel does not memorize the length when it is idling.

4. The upper and lower runner shaft is made of iron carving gear, which is durable and has strong pressure. The feeding area is made of steel materials, and the feeding port is equipped with multi-stage clamping slots, which can cut multiple belts at the same time.

5. The electronic control part adopts CPU console and LCD button type operation, which is easy to understand in Chinese, and automatic feeding computer counting.

6. The electric control box adopts the independent large fan mouth fan, the digital board is independent and external, the solenoid valve and cylinder are hanging down, and the service life is longer.

3、 Pusher / conveyor belt

1. The closed-loop servo motor is adopted, and the operation speed can reach 2200 rpm.

2. The bearing roller drives the conveyor belt. When the belt is cut, it is laid flat on the conveyor belt, and the pusher acts to quickly push the materials to the placing table and put them in order.

3. The length of pusher is upgraded to 4m. Better service for long and short multi specification ribbon and material.

Computer counting is accurate, without manual counting.
