Product process description：

Silicone raw material mixing → cutting → forming → comprehensive product inspection → back conductive pad printing/dot printing → secondary vulcanization → stripping → stamping → product complete inspection → finished product packaging → finished product storage → shipment;

Reference data of button load, feel and resilience:

1. The load is 50-80g, generally suitable for the silica gel keys of computer keyboards and calculator keys. The load in this range is not high, relatively low, and easy to press, suitable for the silicone keys that need to be clicked frequently.

2. The load is 80-120g, which is generally suitable for electrical buttons and remote control buttons. The load is suitable, the hand feels comfortable, and the resilience is good.

3. The load is 120-180g, which is generally suitable for influencing equipment, multi-function telephones, industrial instruments, and mechanical remote control. The load is much larger than the second type. It is generally suitable for larger silicone buttons and has better resilience. , Suitable for products with frequent clicks.

4.The load is above 180g. Generally, this kind of silica gel button is more suitable for special industries, such as medical, aviation, automobile and other industries, and the frequency of use is relatively low.
