Customers have detailed requirements for the load, feel, elasticity, service life, light transmittance of characters and surface wear resistance of all KEYs of the product. After spraying ink or printing color ink several times, laser engrave the product surface. The characters ensure the clarity of all characters. There are many production processes, and each process needs to be strictly controlled to reduce the rate of defective products. Therefore, higher requirements are placed on the environment and production technology of the entire factory.

Product process description:

Silicone raw material mixing → cutting → molding → comprehensive inspection → surface spraying white ink → comprehensive inspection surface treatment → spraying black ink → screen printing various color inks → laser engraving characters → surface treatment → surface spraying PU → edge removal/punching → Product complete inspection → finished product packaging → finished product storage → shipment;

Features of mobile phone silicone keys:

This type of silicone keyboard can meet the light transmittance of characters of various colors, and can transmit light of different colors. The surface has a PU protective layer, which will prevent stains during use and the characters will not fall off easily. It has a good feel, high wear resistance and usability. The life span can reach 500,000-1,000,000 times. It looks more beautiful than ordinary P+R phones, and it feels better.
