This series of silicone keys are mainly exported to Japanese companies such as ENC / SAXA. All raw materials used are: Shin-Etsu KE951-U from Japan. Customers have strict requirements on the curve load, touch, elasticity, resistance ohm and wear resistance of each button. The background color and character color of the button surface can be screen printed/pad printed up to 8 times, and the back is also equipped with conductive ink and a wear-resistant protective layer on the front. A total of 11 screen printing/pad printing is required for a complete product.


All the above materials have passed SGS, RoHS, REACH and certification;


Product process description:


Silica gel raw material asphalt → mixing → forming → full inspection → multiple screen printing/pad printing on the surface → surface treatment with hand-feeling oil/PU → dot printing on the back side conductive/pad printing → edge removal/punching → product complete inspection → finished product packaging →- Finished product storage→shipping;


Features of silicone keys:


This type of silicone keyboard has high requirements for product life, low resistance, waterproof, antifouling, character clarity, surface wear resistance and feel. It also requires very high technical requirements for the entire factory and production process, so the cost is It is also much higher than ordinary silicone keys;

Reference data of button load, feel and resilience:


1. The load is 50-80g, generally suitable for the silica gel keys of computer keyboards and calculator keys. The load in this range is not high, relatively low, and easy to press, suitable for the silicone keys that need to be clicked frequently.


2. The load is 80-120g, which is generally suitable for electrical buttons and remote control buttons. The load is suitable, the hand feels comfortable, and the resilience is good.


3. The load is 120-180g, which is generally suitable for influencing equipment, multi-function telephones, industrial instruments, and mechanical remote control. The load is much larger than the second type. It is generally suitable for larger silicone buttons and has better resilience. , Suitable for products with frequent clicks.


4.The load is above 180g. Generally, this kind of silica gel button is more suitable for special industries, such as medical, aviation, automobile and other industries, and the frequency of use is relatively low.
