It is because the tin box manufacturer will cover each box with a plastic bag before shipment to prevent the tin boxes from rubbing against each other during transportation and from getting dirty by dust.
However, due to the poor air permeability of ordinary plastic bags, especially in long-distance transportation because of high temperature and long-term extrusion, a closed space will be formed inside, the moisture in the air will be permeated the ink on the surface of the tin box, thereby there is a case of plastic bag water stains, the appearance will give a person with bad printing illusion, but this does NOT affect the quality of the tin box.
The following methods can be adopted to avoid water stains:
1. Open a few small holes in the plastic bag to make it more breathable.
2. Use plastic bags made of other materials, such as PO anti-static material;
3. Use other materials in outer packaging instead of plastic bag packaging, such as thin paper, as shown in Figure
1. For tin boxes with no sharp edges and rounded edges, it may be appropriate to consider not packaging them in plastic bags.
If the water stains have already appeared, we can also heat, bake, or dry the tin box naturally to remove them.
