- 3.How long can I expect to get the customized sample?After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, and the mould is existing in our factory, the samples will be ready in 10-12 working days, and if the mould is not existing, we need to open a new mould, the samples will be ready in 20-25 working days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 working days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
