Edge removal is the final process in the production of silicone products. Generally, edge removal is done manually. The tools often used for manual edge removal are tweezers, scissors, blades, bamboo strips, steel needles and other tools.

1. Generally, tweezers are used to deal with relatively small buttons, such as: p+r buttons, single-point buttons, etc. are relatively small, and tweezers are used to deal with burrs that are not easy to deal with manually;

2. Most of the scissors trim all the burrs, but they cannot completely remove the edges. It also has a feature that the operator does not feel much fatigue even after a long time.

3. The blade type is the most commonly used for edge removal of silicone buttons. It has a wide range of applications. Many large and small silicone keys can be edged with blade-type tools. This kind of blade is quite special. When choosing, it is very small. It is enough to cut the shape of one end into a triangle shape.

4. Steel needle tools are combined with the characteristics of the tools mentioned above, and can be applied to any silicone button products.
