You don’t need to know much about plastics manufacturing and custom plastic molding to get started, because our core members of the r&d team have more than 20 years of experience in the silicone & plastic industry, with sufficient theoretical research and rich practical experience.  We help you with the technical aspects of the whole plastics production process. Just provide us some designs, sketches or a reference product. Then our plastics production experts will guide you through the steps to fabricate custom plastics. From making 3D/CAD files to deciding about the right custom molding technique and plastic material, we can mostly supply you with anything.

After agreeing on the design, we create the first sample instantly in the form of professional 3D prints. Based on your feedback, we will adapt and improve the design file until it’s perfect. As part of our plastic manufacturing services, we then start making the actual molds. This requires a lot of attention,because the smallest mistakes in the molds lead to problems throughout your product. You will end up having molds that are entirely yours and that you can use as you please for your plastic parts projects.
