How is the blister card packaging for large supermarkets made?
First of all, we have to make a plastic shell according to different hook shapes; at the same time, we have to make cards according to the size and quantity of the hooks (cards can be customized, MOQ is 5000 cards).
Then, select the hooks made by our hook production staff and pack them (our hook production staff are very good, there are 6 people in total, but they can make 2 million hooks every month)
Put the plastic shell on the mold first, then put the hook, then put the cardboard, and finally press it by the blister machine. That's how we completed the blister card packaging of the hook.
Generally, blister card packaging is supplied to large supermarkets and offline retail stores, so the packaging must be exquisite.
