Today, let's have a look that what role abs raw materials need to play before producing products.Our master is pouring bags of raw materials into the mixing machine, and then adding white oil and toner for mixing, and sticking pigment powder evenly on plastic particles. Why do we do this? Since the color of abs raw materials is a little yellow, we must add white and oil to correct the color, so that the matching color can be more stable and the products we produce can be more quality and beautiful.
Each of our injection masters needs to mix 10 tons of materials every day to meet daily production.
This is a very hard work.
