The viewing window glass adopts electric heating film multilayer insulating glass,
which has high light transmittance and good heat insulation effect.
When the working room temperature is lower than the ambient temperature, the viewing window defogging function is controlled to be automatically turned on.

Split outdoor refrigeration unit installed in place

The stainless steel centrifugal fan impeller is installed on the top of the air-conditioning cabinet, and the air is evenly supplied through the fixed air outlet baffle inside the volute to meet the temperature uniformity requirements.

2 sets of explosion-proof lighting are installed on the top of the chamber,
with control switches on the operation panel;
It is convenient to observe the inside chamber situation during the workpiece is being installed and tested.

Copper pipes are used to connect the refrigeration accessories,
sealed by gas shielded welding,
At last, nitrogen is filled to maintain pressure and leak detection
to ensure that the entire refrigeration system is leak-free.

All joints are TIG continuous welding (tungsten arc inert gas shielded welding) to ensure no leakage after long-term testing;
