Piston 1D Manutacturing

Each piston of 1D brand has undergone heat treatment. The purpose of heat treatment is to ensure the normal operation of the piston in the engine without failure.

1D each piston is manufactured by Taiwan CNC machine tool to ensure the accuracy of the product. Each one has been tested manually to ensure every detail size of the product.

Finally, the product will undergo ultrasonic cleaning, and then do relevant surface treatment.

At present, the surface treatments we can provide are: piston tin plating piston phosphating piston skirt printing (tin plating phosphating skirt printing). The purpose of these three surface treatments is to improve the friction between piston and cylinder liner during engine cold start. Avoid the risk of cylinder pulling.) Anode treatment of piston head (the purpose of anode treatment is to improve the hardness of piston head, so that carbon can not penetrate into piston body, so as to increase the service time of piston)
