After receiving the materials to be pasted, the operator will start pasting the chip and some components on the PCBA by machine. After pasting, it will flow to the plug-in and pull the plug-in.

PCBA will have a preliminary prototype when SMT is mounted, but many components cannot be mounted, so people need to manually plug-in, and special personnel will be assigned to the plug-in post to correspond to the corresponding components.

After the plug-in is completed, it will pass the furnace. After heating, our professional soldering ironers will start to check the whole picture of PCBA and trim the excessively long welding feet. After it becomes a semi-finished product, it will start to test whether the Kanban is defective.

When the function of the tin test board is good, it will be pulled to the assembly line. The shell will be laser irradiated first, and then the board will be put into the shell and pulled close to the aging room.

Our company's products will age for more than two hours on average, 100% aging; Aging is a very important standard to test whether a factory is qualified. A good factory will have enough time to age.

After aging, ultrasound will be carried out. After ultrasound, the charger will become a finished product.

After the completion of ultrasound, it will undergo triple inspection. After there is no problem, a special person will check the appearance.

After the appearance is wiped, it will start bagging, packing, weighing, and then put it on the card board. After that, a special QC quality inspector will spot check the products. If there is no problem, it will go to the warehouse and pull it down.

After warehousing, the finished goods will be placed in the designated position, then placed and waiting for shipment at any time.
