Die casting department:

Polishing part:

Polishing technology in the industry, adhere to the principle of quality first, quantity second

It has a decisive effect on the surface quality. Manual polishing and automatic polishing are adopted.

In the accumulation of practice, we continue to study the polishing method, according to each product manufacturing special mold, design matching polishing method, to ensure high quality production.

Electroplating:

Electroplating factory adopts advanced management technology, professional strength, complete variety, mature technology, large-scale implementation of mechanical automation, to ensure the maximum production capacity, as well as the stability of quality. All raw materials have passed the environmental standards. Electroplating color variety is perfect, can meet the basic needs of high-grade zinc alloy, can be customized according to customer needs. The laboratory is responsible for managing the stability of plating solution. Adjust before production and maintain after production.

In response to the call of the state, in order to meet the requirements of the construction and development of Dawan district. In 2020, we will invest nearly 1800W in Machong electroplating base to build a new electroplating plant with an area of nearly 3600 square meters.

Dongguan Machong Haofeng electroplating base, with a total area of 1500 mu, is an environmental protection professional base planned by Dongguan municipal government in November 2006 and approved by the provincial environmental protection department in October 2007. It is the only provincial environmental protection designated professional base in Dongguan that allows new electroplating.

Painting department:

As the last link of the process, this department is very important.

There are two functions, one is to strengthen the product surface brightness, fullness, make it look more perfect. The second is to protect the products from corrosion during daily use.

The company takes high requirements and high standards as the criterion, and the materials used are all high-end coatings. It can effectively avoid corrosion in the process of customer use.

Test room:

Quality inspection department:
