1.Xingfa Aluminium was first established in 1984 and was listed in Hong Kong (code: 98) on Mar. 31, 2008. As Guangdong Guangxin Holdings Group Ltd.(Provincial State-owned Enterprise) in 2011 and China Lesso Group Holdings Ltd. In 2018 became the shareholders of Xingfa Aluminium, it creates a precedent for the state-owned and private mixed ownership of China aluminum profile industry.
