These bags are made with aluminum inner material. Both materials are durable, food-safe, and heavyweights. This bag comes with a unique degassing valve that will release any unnecessary gas from inside the bag without allowing air to come in. You can seal this bag through the use of an impulse sealer. Once sealed, nothing will be able to enter or escape the bag. And these bags are side gusseted to allow for a higher capacity of items to fit inside. One-way valve which allows Co2 to leave but stops air and light from entering and attacking flavor.

You need to make sure the package's degassing valve is airtight and tested under pressure, as it may explode if the CO2 trapped in the durable bag is not removed. Studies have shown that the shorter and darker the roasting, the more gas is released in a shorter period of time. We have implemented a vent valve in our coffee packaging to ensure that freshly roasted coffee can be degassed before it reaches our customers.
