The Blanking machines cut the material to length automatically according to the details entered into the control system. The operator simply enters the length and quantity (in up to 40 different batches) and starts the machine. The feed system does the rest.
This machine is very compact and requires very little training to operate.

The Blanking machines are available in capacities from 1.2mm up to 2.0mm. The 1.6mm and 2.0mm capacity machines are both fitted with straightening rolls, and they are available as an option on the 1.2mm machines. Hard Chromed feed rollers are also available for stainless steel and surface critical applications.
