Kunrui Optical Technology Co., Ltd., now Guangdong Taipu Lighting Technology Co., Ltd., and China Southern Power Grid Integrated Energy Co., Ltd. jointly won the bid for the LED street lamp renovation project in Changping Town, Dongguan City, which included Dongshen Road, Changxie Road, Changheng Road, and North More than 4000 street lamps on 36 roads including the ring road have undergone energy-saving transformation.

Most of the LED street lights in this project are installed with an adjustable elevation angle, which directly replaces the original lamps and does not need to modify the original street lamp arm. According to the third-party inspection results, the road surface illumination and illumination uniformity have been greatly improved after the project is transformed, and all indicators meet the national standards and project requirements

The project adopts the contract energy management model. After the project is implemented, the energy saving rate reaches 62%, and the total energy saving income is estimated to be 30.924 million yuan. The saved electricity bills are distributed by the Changping Town Government, China Southern Power Grid, and Kingsun Optoelectronics in accordance with the agreed ratio. After the expiration of the contract, the transformed LED lamps and all energy-saving benefits will be returned to the Changping Town Government, with outstanding social and economic benefits.
