*COATING STAR is an innovative machine for finishing, it is designed for the leather which has serious defective and uneven thickness. It can be used in any kind of chemical product on any kind of leather and spread uniformly on the whole leather surface from 2.5 to 40 grams per square foot.

Without using spraying system, COATING STAR can finish for highly defective and very soft whole hides for automotive,upholstery and clothing.

*COATING STAR can apply in REVERSE both on sides and whole leathers precoating, coating ,hot and cold oils and waxes on splits, buffed leathers ,full grain leathers with considerable savings in comparision with the spraying system finishing:

3.Save 80% of electric power

4.Save 95% of compressed air

5.Save 100% of the cost for the disposal of the sludges produced by the dispersed chemical product.
