1.What is your best price , trade term and payment term?

The price is differed from the capacity / HP of Frequency Converters that you enquire. The payment term usually is Ex-Works or FOB Shanghai basis. CNF and CIF term of payment are also preferred. Regarding the payment term, we prefer 40% payment in advance, and the balance should be paid before the shipment.

2.Does the converter or inverter comes with cables?

The input and output cables were not included in the shipment, these should be sourced at local with the help by electrician.

3.Do you have any partners or sales representatives in Southeast Asia countries?

We have sales representatives in Singapore and Indonesia and provide local support for presale, in sale and after sale services, for more information, please contact our sales people.
