If need new toolings, we need about 30 days to prepare for it, in this case, we need about another 15 days to send you samples for approval.  If there existed toolings, the normal leading time (FOB) is 45 days for the order of amount of less than U$60,000.00.  but anyway it can be negotiable.

Our warranty of quality is 18 (eighteen) months from the date of shipment shown on the Bill of Lading. If there is any quality defect found before or after installation but within the period of warranty, we shall be full responsible for replacing new and good quality products and bear all charges occurred including ocean freight or express mailing charges, import duty and tax are excluded, but can be negotiable.

For the express mailing charges of our free samples, you can pay for it by wire transfer, Interac from Canada, Paypal or even WeChat in RMB if you can.

We have ISO 9001:2015 quality management certificate, galvanized steel wire strand homologation certificate issued by TotalPlay Telecomunicaciones S.A., Mexico, heliform line products homologation certificate issued by AES, El Salvador, in the meanwhile our heliform line products & aerial bundle cable fittings have been approved by CLP, Hong Kong, our pole line hardware have been approved by ENERGUATE, Guatemala, our fiber optic cable accessories have been approved by ICE Telecom, Costa Rica, our fiber optic cable accessories have passed the type tests at Laboratorio de Mecanica, EATIC, Colombia and CIDEMAT, Universidad de Antioguia, Colombia, our piercing connectors have passed the type tests at Testing Centre of Research & Standards of Public Power Corporation S.A., Greece. We also have other type test reports issued by independent laboratories.
