PVC Pipe Powder Grinder Pulverizer Machine
PVC pulverizer machine is utilized to grind PVC (low density polyethylene) granules into fine powder for plstic rotational molding, master batch, plastic coating industry and so on. It's also called: millstone pulverizer, polyethylene pulverizer/miller.
PVC pulverizer adopts rotor blade design to pulverize waste PVC material into power for recycling. It is widely used for recycling waste PVC ceiling panel, PVC profile, PVC pipe and so on.
The basic principle of PVC pulverizer is through spindle equipped with precision bearing drive the knife dish, under the drive of the knife dish, the moving knife rotated with high speed, and tangent with the stationary knife.
Make the materials into a powerful collision, then grinding into powder. After the wind and water cooling, it can effective control the temperature of grinding material.
