Yonghangbelt PU Timing belts is made of high strength, small elongation wire rope and thermoplastic polyurethane raw materials combined by a special process, the surface covered with rubber coated, increase friction, soft tension, improve belt life, with high transmission accuracy, good anti-wear, anti-aging and ozone resistance performance. 

Material: polyurethane bottom belt + surface rubber layer (can be customized with neoprene, PVC or nylon material)

Bottom belt type: synchronous belt (also can be customized flat belt or multi-v belt)

Customizable type: the surface of the bottom belt can be covered with rubber layer, the rubber layer has strong adaptability for bottles with poor roundness or a little taper; it can also be covered with foam coated, which plays the role of exhaust buffer, with a certain degree of softness, good resilience, the foam surface can be covered with black or blue elastic cloth to increase the abrasion resistance of the surface, the color and thickness can be customized!
