Available in 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg and 25kg, our vibrant colored bumper plates provide a dead bounce, easy weight identification, and add energy to your facility.The reinforced steel molded in hubs are coated with a proprietary material that forms a chemical bond with the rubber that prevents separation. Most competitors press in the hub after the rubber is molded which will over time, always lead to failure. But our plates are more durable and have a longer service life.
Our unique and proprietary manufacturing process allows us to produce a bumper that has both higher tensile strength and hardness than competitor plates. This is accomplished by molding with a harder rubber near the core, which prevents the hub from separating and plate wobble over time, and a softer rubber on the outside to act as a buffer deadening the blow and sound from the plate when dropped.
Besides getting true color that won’t fade or discolor over time, this means our colored bumper plates are also safe for your baby’s skin and yours. And raised lettering and color coding make the weight easily identifiable.
