Three-dimensional test: Through the three-dimensional measuring instrument to detect the overall lock, the flatness of the appearance, the layout of the overall parts of the lock, the size of the parts, etc., must meet the standards.

Water-proof test: According to the waterproof level to test whether our lock meets the standard of waterproof level, we will repeatedly measure the results to ensure that the quality of the product's waterproof level is stable.

High and low temperature test: The temperature in each region is different. In order to meet the needs of different regions, we need to test at different temperatures to detect the response speed of the lock and the stability of unlocking. After a long time of high and low temperature test, whether the lock is still stable.

Life span test: Install the entire lock and IC card on the test instrument to test the number of unlocking of the lock and the Bluetooth sensor module. After continuous repeated testing, the life of the lock body and the lock motor, IC card use and IC card induction module are tested.

Transport test: Simulate whether the actual transportation process will affect the lock, test whether it will cause the damage of the lock, the fall of parts, etc. during the bumpy process

Multifunctional alcohol rubbing test: Add or subtract weights and provide different pressure levels to test the firmness of the paint on the surface of the lock, and check whether the surface treatment of the lock is easy to be scratched.
