Our product warranty is 12 monthes since leave our factory.We'll send you some spare part with the goods delivery together.Also,we'll send you component for free to replace the damaged one during the warranty period.

3.Do you have inspection procedures for products?

Yes. First, we will inspect the raw materials, second, 100% self-inspection before packing., finally, when all products are finished, our QC team will inspect randomly.

And since 2020, we also have other way to help clients to do inspection before loading, Remote Inspection. We can check goods on-line directly with clients, or with third party.
