1.Peel the fish skin by cutting machine

2. Flat the fish skins into the trays and place one by one

3.At early stage,Set the temperature at 60℃, and the humidity at 10% for 2-4hours, the moisture of fish skin is almost removed 40-50%

4. They roll or twist the fish skins

3.At second stage, set the temperature at 70-75℃, the final moisture the fish skins contain 10-12%
