Today I will introduce our colored core-spun yarn dyeing workshop. 

Follow me. 

This is our dyeing machine, it can dye for the different quantities from 100kgs to 3000kgs as maximine. 

Now I will show you our dehydrating procedure.

And these are our dehydrating machines. We put these yarns into the dehydrator.

Now we are drying for the yarn. 

The yarn is not dry enough, so we put it in the drying machine. We set the temperature at 100℃. We handle the yarn here and then hang it here, the yarns go inside, this is the whole drying machine. After drying, the yarn will come out from here.

Now, the yarn is dry enough now. We will recognize these different colored yarns. Then we package it to winding the yarn.

This is a white color core-spun yarn winding workshop. 

We will set the rotation speed for winding the yarn. 

We will set 360R/min. 

At this speed, the yarn will be very soft and high elastic.
