#1 Composition of Covered Yarn

Covered yarn is the yarn that uses a filament or short fiber as the core, with another filament or short fiber yarn covering on it.

Select the appropriate core yarn and the covering yarn according to the applications, then the covered yarn's strength is higher than that of each single yarn.

It's suitable for weaving swimming suits, ski suits, and underwear.

#2 Air Covered Yarn

The outer filament and core filament are drawn through a certain type of nozzle at the same time, and they wrap together under the regular spray pressure of high-compressed air. The fabric made of air covered yarn feels soft and smooth.

#3 Conventional Covered Yarn
