How to make a 12V 10Ah motorcycle starter battery with 10Ah lithium polymer cells?

Engineer production steps:

Step 1: Check the battery cells, use the tester to test the voltage of the 3 battery cells, and record the data

Step 2: Fix the 3 batteries side by side with 3M glue
