The main process: lifting and into silo-storage-discharging

■Bucket elevator speed could be equipped according to the processing line

■The silo capacity usually is 70m³~400m³

■Manual gate and motorized gate is equipped on the silo bottom to adjust discharging speed and also be convenient to maintenance 

Features of the engineering process design:

■Steel base support of silo is steel structure platform , easy to maintenance and move and reconstruction in future;

■High and low level indicator are equipped for silo which can alarm when full and empty;

■Manual gate and motorized gate is special equipped for outlet, manual gate could control the discharging flow, at the same time when the motorized gate need to be dissembled to maintained, the manual gate could be stopped temporarily .

For different projects and different customer requirements, the process will be also different, the following could be options during the process design:

1）There are two bulk silo in this process, customer could add or decrease the silo quantity and capacity as their needs

2）We can install our packing system under the silo if customer need to pack in bulk

3）The support platform could be designed as concrete structure according to customer's needs

4）Customers can choose helix silo or bolt silo according to their own needs.
