2.Q:Do you provide samples?Can i get a free sample?

A:Samples in stock is free for you except freight.Customized product please contact us to negotiate.

3.Q:Can you make customized items,OEM or ODM?

A:Products according to customer samples or design drawings, the price is for reference only, the number and the size of products  are different,the price will be different.

4.Q:Do you accept small quantity

A:Yes,our MOQ for metal clothing tags is 500pcs.For custom design,the price would be up to the design details and quantity.

5.Q:How about the production and delivery time?

A:Sample time is 7-10 days and mass production time is about 15 days after the artwork is approved.It depends much on the quantity you need.

6.Q:Can I get samples first of my own design, and then start the order?

A:Yes, of course. We will make the mould for your design,  then proceed the samples for your to check. Once getting your confirmation, we will start the order then.
