requirements, and delivering qualified products:
IQC: Responsible for raw material inspection, comparing seal samples and drawings, ensuring consistency of appearance/performance and related quality performance.
IPQC: First piece consistency inspection, integrating sphere test; Inspection of the manufacturing process to ensure the consistency of appearance, function and related quality performance to 100% full inspection of safety performance/electrical performance, 100% aging test of the product, to ensure that the product fully meets the safety regulations and related quality requirements.
FQC: The finished products are sampled and tested before storage to ensure that the photoelectric performance meets the relevant quality requirements system maintenance: maintain the normal operation of the company's quality management system (ISO9001/ISO14000).
