AF60W is designed to change conventional 50 Hz or 60 Hz electrical energy to virtually any other frequency. It integrates IGBT and other modules made by Mitsubishi, Siemens, and combines microprocessor and PLC control design together for quick response and higher reliability.AF60W as a power source is ideal for export/import testing and operating equipment manufactured in a foreign country.It can simulate any world wide utility as well as shipboard power with clean sine wave output, high efficiency and low harmonic distortion.

Theory of Operation: Series Acsoon® AF60W Frequency Converters/AC power source are designed to change conventional 50 Hz or 60 Hz electrical energy to virtually any other frequency. The frequency conversion is accomplished in a two (2)-stage process. The first stage converts the incoming alternating supply voltage to a controlled DC voltage (rectification). The second stage inverts the DC voltage to an alternating supply voltage at the desired output frequency (Inversion).
