The manufacturing procedures of cylinder acrylic aquariums:

Step 1. Produce the acrylic flat panels.

Step 2. Produce the mold.

Step 3. Place the flat panels onto the mold, then put them into the oast to complete the bent-from-sheet course.

Step 4 .Polish and grind the curved acrylic panels.

Step 5. Package and delivery.

Step 6. Be splicied on site using the acrylic material. The bulk polymerization technology is adopted.
