Our commonly used silicone raw materials are: Shin-Etsu, Dow Corning, tile Gram, Dongjue, etc. We choose different raw materials according to customer requirements and product characteristics. Commonly used plastic materials include ABS, PC, acrylic and so on. All materials have passed SGS, RoHS, REACH, UL certification

Product process description：

Molded silicone part→molded plastic part→ plastic front screen printing/front spraying-laser carving characters→plastic surface UV treatment→plastic cap punching→plastic cap full inspection→plastic cap classification→ plastic cap and silicone assembly→product full inspection→ finished product packaging→ - Finished product storage →shipment;
