Users of the instruments：

If it is the first time you use this instrument, please pay attention to the following items：

1. In the beginning, switch on all the needle valves on the instrument channel, then regulate the flow by the flow valve on the front panel. In the end, reverse the operating steps.

2. There would be air left in the measurement channel and the air chamber after the instrument has not been used for a long time. As a result, the speed of measuring will be affected by the high humid air therein. The humid air should be evacuated before the SF6 gas is

full, so you can have a higher speed (about 3 to 5 minutes) the second time and during all the later measurements.

1. Technical features

Portable design：With less weight, it can be moved or used more easily.

Quick test：It can be used right after the switching on and gets the value of  moisture.

Saving gas in less time：Only 2L (101.2Kpa) gas is needed during the test.

Self-locking joint：Self-locking joint from Germany is adapted to ensure security and to avoid gas leak.

Data storage：A high-capacity design is used to store at most 50 groups of testing data.

Clear display：On the LCD screen you can read values of dew point, minim moisture, environment temperature, environment moisture, time, date and battery level, etc.

RS232 joint：It can be connected to a serial printer to acquire the needed data.

Built-in power supply：A rechargeable lithium battery is used to ensure a ten-hour continuous work of the sensor.

Notes

 The sensor should be placed in a safe location to avoid any crash or violent vibration.

 Mordant gas should be avoided to be the subject of measurement.

 Flow valve should be switched on slowly when the flow of gas is measured. The quantity of flow is about 0.5L/min.

 Users are supposed to charge the sensor before it is used. Plug the power wire into 220V socket without turning on the power control. The sensor will be charged automatically and the time needed should be at least 20 hours.
