Our toilets need to go through multiple process inspections before shipment. The most important thing is to test the water. This is to ensure the toilet's flushing ability and no leakage.

Water testing process and standards

  1. Measure the water seal: The toilet is placed on a horizontal workbench, and the water is put on the washing surface. After the sewage outlet does not drip, measure the vertical distance from the top of the cut to the water                                                                                                                                                   2. Air pressure measurement:? Plug the air pressure pipe connected to the U-shaped pipe to the sewage outlet. Bubbles should appear on the surface of the water seal after the height difference of the water column in the U-shaped pipe is ≥600 Pa.

  2.  Air pressure measurement:? Plug the air pressure pipe connected to the U-shaped pipe to the sewage outlet. Bubbles should appear on the surface of the water seal after the height difference of the water column in the U-shaped pipe is ≥600 Pa.

  3. Installation of water fittings: Install water fittings according to the model and the parameters of the water fittings, and the water tank is stationary: connect the water inlet pipe, and watch the water fittings and water tanks for leaks with a flashlight.

  4. Seat still: Block the sewage outlet and raise the water level to the water distribution hole, stand still for 5-10, use a flashlight to observe the ventilation holes and pipes. Whether cracks are leaking.

  5. The distance from the water surface to the overflow nozzle (WL-CL) should be between 10-38mm. Overflow water level (SL) whose vertical distance should be> 5mm

  6. Measure half-drain water consumption.

  7. Measure the total water consumption: the total water displacement of the water-saving toilet is ≤6.

  8. Close the lid to see if the handles of the single and double levers are against the toilet button and whether the lid seam is ≤ 1. 5MM, whether the length of the side-press chain is appropriate.

  9. When pouring water, recheck the upper process for leak detection and deformation of the mounting surface, then tighten the water inlet valve, test the hydraulic number, place it on the car and hand it over to the next process.
