Toilet body manufacturing process: 

✦Mixed mud → grouting → casting → demoulding → splicing and punching → repairing

1. Mixed mud: Mix ceramic powder into fluid mud                                                                                                                                                                               2. Grouting: injected into the porous toilet mold (mainly gypsum mold), moisture is absorbed by the mold.                                                                                       3. Plastering: Use the inserted pipe to discharge excess mud at the bottom.                                                                                                                                    4. Demoulding: Apply adhesive mud on the semi-finished product of the toilet body, and then buckle the bottom of the finished sanitary ware to complete the fixing. Repeated steps can obtain a large number of semi-finished toilet embryos.                                                                                                                         5, stitching and punching                                                                                                                                                                                                                 6, repair: repair excess parts on the toilet body, fill holes.

In this way, a toilet body is completed and can enter the next process.
