3ply mask machine

In this automatic planar face mask machine, the elastic is used for the ear band. 3 ~ 5layers of non-woven fabrics are pasted together by the ultrasonic technology, and processes, including the nose-bridge bar inserting, the face-mask sheet cutting and the ear band welding, are all completed automatically. The working efficiency is high.

The machine is composed of fabrics feeder, ear band forming unit, the wrinkling & forming mechanism, the nose-bridge bar feeder and the ultrasonic welding & cutting unit, and processes, including the nose-bridge bar inserting, the face-mask sheet forming, the ear band forming, the ear band welding and the counting, etc. are all completed automatically.

With PLC touch screen operation,make the machine operation very simple. With servo motor,adjust the machine is very easy. No use the air compressor,it can run with high speed and the machine is more stale.

Form the face mask body and add earloop is finished in one machine,compare the traditional face mask machine,it has a lot advantage,only one machine can make the final face mask.the machine is more stable,the earloop will not make the ear feel pain if wear long time,the earloop can afford more pull ,pull out force test of ear loop is 15.7n or more.
