GUTE TEK Plastic- how to determine polarizer sheet degree
As we all known, polarizer film usually has 4 angles, 0 degrees, 45 degrees, 90 degrees and 135 degrees for LCD module. But how to determine the degree of the polarizer film when we repair the TV, laptop or others’ screen? GUTE TEK Plastic polarizer film angle testing tool can help, move the testing tool to make the screen show normal image, the angle at which the normal picture is displayed is the angle of the polarizer film.
The first feature of LCD is that it must be poured between two planes with thin grooves in order to work normally. The grooves on the two planes are perpendicular to each other (90 degrees intersect), that is to say, if the molecules on one plane are arranged in the north-south direction, the molecules on the other plane are arranged in the east-west direction, and the molecules between the two planes are forced into a 90 degree torsion state. As the light travels along the direction of molecular arrangement, the light is also twisted 90 degrees when passing through the liquid crystal. There are two polarizers in total, one in the front and the other in the back of the glass cell can display the image under the LED backlight, and the front and rear polarizers are also different, and the polarization direction of the two polarizers is vertical.
