What is the process for cutting?

First of all, we need to calculate the correct fabric consumption, then pave the material on the cutting table. For example, like 190T polyester, we can pave it about 270 layers; for 600D polyester which is much thicker, we can pave it about 45 layers one time.

Then the second part, we will cut the fabric with the metal mould. As you can see, finally it will be piece by piece.

Normally, there are many moulds needed for a bag. Each part need special one mould.That’s why a bag costs a lot if the order qty is small.
