Hangzhou Paishun Rubber And Plastic Company, a manufacturer founded in 2007, own our general headquarters in the beautiful historical city of Hangzhou. We hold subsidiary productions in Suqian and Zhuji, respectively in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces.
