Hello everyone. Today is really a very busy and satisfying day. Here are finish the orders before the date required by the customer, finished the order on time, with quality and quantity. I am so happy!!!

 

There is still about one week to go before the Chinese New Year holiday in 2022. When we were ready to finish the work in hand and enter the rhythm of the holiday, our old customer called us and said that there were two products produced in other factories, but the factory could not deliver them on time. The customer requires the goods to be delivered by March 10th at the latest, in time for the opening of a local project at destination. However, the cooperative factory said that the soonest delivery will be at the end of March, because their factory has started the holiday, and they can only come back for arrangement after the New Year (about February 10th). Before communicating with MCI, the customer has already communicated with other factories, and the soonest delivery time is March 20th, but March 10th is still not possible. MCI is their last stop, and they know MCI is busy, because MCI is now producing their goods too. If the delivery date still cannot be reached after communication with MCI, they plan to cancel the order, and they do not hold much hope.

 

This is the customer's trust in us. When we received the order information, it was the first response. Although we know that it is not easy to finish this task, because there is really not enough time (only about 50 days, and there is a Spring Festival holiday in the middle), but this is a trust and a test for the factory, how to make the impossible be possible. After careful consideration, we have decided to accept this order and started to make the order plan at the same time. Plan A: 2 containers will be shipped on time on March 10th. Plan B: One container will be shipped first on March 10th, and the other container will catch the next ship. When the target is set, the next step is to plan, "purchase and order materials, transfer materials of other inventory orders to be urgently needed, arrange holiday duty personnel to produce this order first, etc.", which is competing with time. In fact, our factory will always go to plan A. Even if the customer has agreed to plan B, it is just a document. We know that our goal is Plan A. God never fails the hardworking people, including the hardworking factory. Finally, with the efforts of the factory and the support of customers, we completed the shipment of these two containers and completed the order on time with quality and quantity.

1.What is the production lead time after order place?
It depends on the product and quantity being ordered. (clarification will be made once product has been developed). The normal standard is 45days after deposit received. (Dependent on season).
2.How long has your company been in the Furniture industry?
Our Company CEO has been in the Furniture Industry since 1996 (25years) but the Company was actually set up in 2010.  Our Company CEO started as a Quality Control inspector for a Japanese company (Nitori Co.) in 1996 until 2002 while he was in Malaysia.  From 2002 to 2006 he worked as a Production Manager in Vietnam in Manufacturing (Maevefurn ltd.), which supplied all products to the Japanese market. At that time, he was taking care of four departments: Assembly, Quality Control, Storage, Loadi
3.Can be available if OEM or ODM?
Yes, we are happy to accept OEM or ODM.
