3.What are your payment terms?
TT: 30% Deposit and 70% Balance payment before loading.

1.What is the production lead time after order place?
It depends on the product and quantity being ordered. (clarification will be made once product has been developed). The normal standard is 45days after deposit received. (Dependent on season).

3.How long has your company been in the Furniture industry?
Our Company CEO has been in the Furniture Industry since 1996 (25years) but the Company was actually set up in 2010. Our Company CEO started as a Quality Control inspector for a Japanese company (Nitori Co.) in 1996 until 2002 while he was in Malaysia. From 2002 to 2006 he worked as a Production Manager in Vietnam in Manufacturing (Maevefurn ltd.), which supplied all products to the Japanese market.
